    I actually live here as a second home - closed on Aug 2017 and problems began.

    Less than 4 weeks into purchasing home, floors began to buckle due to high humidity inside home, and to credit of Beechwood, replaced and paid for floors. Was advised to keep AC on 24/7 to lower humidity.

    Now Dec 2017, noted cracks in basement with water seeping through. Responded again with repairs done again.

    Nice looking homes in pleasant community, with Beechwood being responsive to messages and calls past closing.
